Assessor Employee Recognition

Theresa Couturier is our Employee of the Quarter. Her job here is Business Personal Property Assistant Supervisor in our Business Personal Property Department. She works hard in ensuring that all businesses within Rutherford County are not only assessed fair but correctly. She not only works here in our office, but also out in the field picking up business and making sure business are doing what they are supposed to do. She has been an employee with our office for 10+ years. Not only does she take pride in her job, she also takes pride in her family and being a military mom.

On Wednesday July 3rd, Elyse Johnson was awarded the Rutherford County Property Assessor Quarterly Employee Recognition Award. Elyse is in our mapping department, she has been loyally serving the county for over 40 years. Her mapping knowledge, experience in many departments of the Property Assessor's Office, and dedication to our office and the county is why she was chosen to receive this award.   Her name will be placed on the Employee of the Quarter Plaque in our main lobby.

Barry Jones is our employee of the quarter. Barry has been with our office for 10 years. He's job here in the Assessor's Office is a Commercial Appraiser. He works hard to ensure that all of Rutherford County Commercial properties are handled efficiently and correctly. When he's not in the field, he is here in our office to answer any questions for the public. We appreciate all that Barry does!

Paula Baxter received the first challenge coin presented to her by Mr. Mitchell. Paula is the Business Personal Property Supervisor here at the Rutherford County Property Assessor's office. She was chosen for her dedication and hard work in the office.
